Proxy Voting Process - 2/19; Agenda & Panelists Announced

Feb. 13, 2015 — As an update to a post published a few days ago on the Proxy Voting Process, yesterday the SEC announced the agenda and panelists for the Feb 19 roundtable on ways to improve the proxy voting process. The roundtable is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. as outlined in the Agenda, as posted here and below.  The roundtable is open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis and the event also will be webcast on the SEC website.
